摘　　要：扬刺法是《内经》十二刺法之一,广泛地被应用于临床针灸。近10年来的相关文献发现其治疗神经系统疾病的效果也比较显著,而且所治疗范围也在不断扩大。传统医学认为扬刺法主要治疗浅表之寒痹,而现代医学也常用来治疗股外侧皮神经炎、臀上皮神经炎、坐骨神经痛、面肌痉挛、失眠、糖尿病周围神经病变、卒中后运动性失语、痉挛性斜颈等神经系统的疾病,进而在现代神经科临床中更好将扬刺法发扬开来。Centro-Square needling is one of the twelve acupuncture needling methods recorded in ＂Yellow Emperor＇s Inner Canon＂,and is widely applied in the clinical acupuncture. It is suggested that the effect on the treatment of neurological diseases is significant by relevant literatures in recent decade,and the therapeutic range is constantly expanding. In the traditional medicine treatment it is mainly used to treat superficial cold weakness,while in modern medicine it can also be used to treat lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis,cutaneous neuritis,sciatica,hemifacial spasm,insomnia,diabetes peripheral neuropathy,anandia after aphasia,spasmodic torticollis and other nervous system diseases,and Centro-Square needling play a better role in modern neurologic clinic.
