摘　　要：缺少资金和观众流失是目前国内外剧院(团)所面临的普遍问题。所以如何降低制作和运营成本是各个院团关心的主要问题。工作人员和场地规模影响着院团的运营成本。合理地构建人员结构和场地规模有利于剧院(团)事业的发展。追求艺术质量与追求经济效益是不同的目标,需要采取不同的工作方式。对于追求经济效益的院团来说,降低运营成本首先要考虑减员增效,可以借鉴商业演出公司的一些做法,对剧院(团)的岗位编制进行优化。对于追求艺术质量的院团来说,不能因为资金问题影响艺术质量,政府和社会有责任支持高雅艺术创作活动。合理地设置院团的规模和结构是为了更好地制作舞台演出,更好地为观众提供优秀的演出作品。Nowadays many domestic theaters and troupes are facing the problem of lack of money and the loss of audience. How to increase their revenues and reduce expenditures matter a lot for many theaters and troupes. But the pursuit of the artistic quality and economic interests are different goals which require specific approaches. For economic benefits, many theaters （troupes） optimize their personnel, borrow some operation modes from commercial. In order to guarantee the artistic quality, many theaters （troupes） invest enormously and also apply for some financial support from government. It＇s important to set up the size and the structure of the theaters （troupes） appropriately for better performances.
