RPH联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的疗效探讨

摘　　要：为探讨自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效，回顾分析85例混合痔手术患者资料，其中采用RPH联合外痔切除术治疗52例（观察组），采用PPH联合外痔切除术治疗33例（对照组）。对比两组患者的疗效。结果显示，两组患者总体疗效、患者满意度、住院时间比较差异均无统计学意义，P〉0.05；但观察组在术后首次排便时疼痛、肛门坠胀感、尿潴留、短暂性肛门失禁、住院费用方面明显优于对照组，P〈0．05或P〈0.01。结果表明，RPH联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔疗效可靠、经济安全、患者恢复快，术后无肛门狭窄、肛门失禁等并发症。In order to explore the clinical effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids（RPH） combined with resection for external hemorrhoids in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, authors retrospectively analyzed the data of 85 patients with mixed hemorrhoids among whom 52 cases had received this combination proce clure（as observation group）, rest 33 had received PPH plus external hemorrhoids resection （as control group） ;then compared the curative effects between both groups. As results, in the whole effect, patient＇s satisfactory degree, hospitalization time there was no statistical difference between both groups （P〈 0.05） ;but, in postoperative first defecation pain, tenesmus of anus, uroschesis, temporal anal incontinence and hospitalization cost observation group was all signficantly superior to control group（ P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01）.Results show thaht RPH combined with resection of external hemorrhoids in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids has reliable effect, and is economic and safe, of faster recovery of patients, and without postoperative anal stenosis and incontinence,etc complication.
