RPH联合外剥术治疗混合痔的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）联合外剥术治疗混合痔的临床疗效，将60例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例，观察组采用RPH联合外剥术治疗，对照组单纯采用外剥内扎术治疗。对比两组患者疗效。结果显示，观察组治愈率、术后24h肛门疼痛评分、并发症发生率、创面愈合时间方面均明显优于对照组，P〈0.05。结果表明，RPH联合外剥术治疗混合痔治愈率高，术后疼痛轻，并发症少，创面愈合快，值得临床推广应用。This study was to investigate the clinical effect of Ruiyun procedure for hemorrhoids（RPH） combined with external dissection.The 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into observation group and control one, 30 cases for each ; observation group received this combination surgery, while control one alone external dissection ＆ internal ligation; then, the curative effects of both groups were compared.As results,in the curative rate,the socre on pain 24h after operation,the incidence of complication and the time for wound-surface healing observation group was all significantly superior to control group（ P 〈0.05）,which indicate this combination surgery having such advantages as high curative rate, mild postoperative pain,less complication and faster healing of wound-surface,and it is worthy to be used clinically.
