石蜡油口服联合开塞露纳肛对痔PPH患者进行术前肠道准备的效果探讨

摘　　要：为探讨石蜡油口服联合开塞露纳肛对行吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗的痔患者进行术前肠道准备的效果，将拟行PPH治疗的100例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。两组患者采用不同方法进行术前肠道准备，观察组予石蜡油口服加开塞露纳肛，对照组予聚乙二醇电解质散口服，对比两组患者肠道清洁度、不良反应及术后首次排便时间。结果显示，两组患者肠道清洁度比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0.05；但观察组患者疲劳感、肛门坠胀感发生率均明显低于对照组，P〈0.05；而且术后首次排便时间较对照组早，P〈0.05。结果表明，石蜡油口服联合开塞露纳肛对混合痔患者进行术前肠道准备方法简便，经济实惠，效果肯定，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。In order to investigate the efficacy of the combined intestinal preparation method （administering paraffin oil orally and open plug drew rectally） before PPH the 100 mixed hemorrhoids patients to be subjected PPH were randomly divided into observation group and control one, 50 cases for each; observation group received above combined method, control one was given with macrogol electrolyte powder;then, the intestinal cleanliness,adverse reaction and time of the first-time defecation after operation were compared between both groups.As results,in the cleanliness there was no statistical difference （ P 〉0.05） between both groups, but in patient＇s fatigue sensation, their anal tenemus these two incidences of observation group were significantly lower than that of control one（ P 〈0.05）;and,in the time for the first time defecation after operation observation group was early than control one（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that above combined intestinal preparation method before PPH for mixed hemorrhoids is simple and easy,economic,and of determined efficacy, with less adverse reaction, thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
