摘　　要：认为肝脾功能失调、痰瘀互结是原发性高血压的重要病机,痰瘀互结证是原发性高血压的常见证型,调肝运脾、化痰活血是原发性高血压的重要治法,半夏白术天麻汤和芎汤是治疗该病证的有效方药。It was thought that dysfunction of liver and spleen,combination of phlegm and stasis were the important pathogenesis of primary hypertension,and the syndrome of combination of phlegm and stasis was the common pathologic types of primary hypertension. Regulating of liver and spleen,and resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation are important treatment of primary hypertension. Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction and Xiongqiong decoction are effective prescription in treating this disease.
