基于期刊文献的帕金森病中医证候要素研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨帕金森病的中医证候要素。方法:构建帕金森病证候的期刊文献数据库,运用频数分析对30多年来帕金森病证候研究的现代文献进行整理,研究其证候要素。结果:帕金森病的主要证候要素病位在肝、肾、经络、脾,病性以阴虚、动风、气虚、血虚、痰、血瘀、阳虚为主。结论:帕金森病的主要病位要素在肝、肾、经络、脾,病性要素以阴虚、动风、气虚、血瘀等为主。Objectives：To explore the pattern factors of Parkinson＇s disease in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. Methods：A data base of literature was established,and the data was further analyzed with frequency analysis to research on the pattern factors of Parkinson＇s disease in the last 30 years. Results：The major patterns factors of Parkinson＇s disease are as follows：disease locations usually are liver,kidney,meridians, and spleen,and disease features are usually yin deficiency,wind stirring,qi deficiency,blood deficiency, phlegm,blood stasis,and yang deficiency. Conclusion：The major disease location are liver,kidney,meridians and spleen,and disease features are yin deficiency,wind stirring,qi deficiency and blood stasis.
