摘　　要：目的：了解PFNA治疗股骨粗隆周围骨折的优势。方法：回顾性分析我院2012年5月-2013年6月收治的股骨粗隆周围骨折病人39例；结果：随访观察4～15个月后，手术后39例均没有发生下肢深静脉血栓、褥疮、坠积性肺炎等并发症，手术切口无一例感染，手术优良率100％。结论：PFNA是治疗股骨粗隆周围骨折非常合适的方法。ObJective： Understanding ot PFNA tot treatment oi lemoral peritrochanteric tractures advantage. Method：A retrospective analysis ot our hospital in 2012 May N 2013 year in June from femoral peritrochanteric fractures in 39 patients. Result：Followed up for 4 - 15 months after operation, 39 cases showed no deep vein thrombosis, bedsore, hypostatie pneumonia and other complications, operation incision no infection ease operation, the excellent and good rate was 100%. o Conclusion：PFNA is the treatment of femoral peritrochantefic fractures method is very suitable.
