摘　　要：目的：探讨在纤维喉镜下治疗声带囊肿的方法和疗效。方法：对我院耳鼻喉科2008年1月至2012年12月之间收治的82例声带囊肿患者在纤维喉镜下行声带囊肿摘除术的患者，分析手术过程及术后疗效。结果：82例患者手术均顺利，均完成了3月-6月随访，治愈68例，占82．9％；好转10例，占12．2％；无效4例，占4．9％；总有效率为951％。结论：纤维喉镜下治疗声带囊肿符合微创原则。objective ： To analyze the treatment effect of resetting vocal cord cysts by fibrolaryngoscope. Methods Medical treatments by fibrolaryngoscope of 82 patients with vocal cord cysts in Otolaryngology Department of between January 2008 and December 2012. Results 68 patients were cured, accounted for 82.9% ; 10 patients were improved, accoun- ted for 12.2% ,and the total efficiency was 95.1%. The progress in surgery caused no vocal cord injury and complications. Postoperative recovery of patients with voice problem was satisfactory. Conclusion Reseeting of vocal cord cysts by fibrelaryngoscope is in line with the principle of using minimally invasive in priority.
