小儿卵巢肿瘤的超声声像图特点及其诊断价值

摘　　要：小儿卵巢肿瘤是最常见的小儿生殖系统肿瘤，易与先天性泌尿生殖道畸形及消化道畸形相混淆。在临床中常常表现为腹部肿块，易发生肿瘤蒂扭转。利用超声声像图来认识、鉴别小儿卵巢肿瘤有其重要的临床意义。本文从小儿卵巢肿瘤不同分类的不同超声表现来阐述此课题，以助临床。Ovarian cancer is the most common pediatric reproductive system tumors, easily confusing with genitourinary tract malformations and congenital malformations of di- gestive tract. It often manifests itself as clinical abdominal mass, prone to tumor torsion. Use the ultrasound diagnosis, identification of ovarian tumors in children has important clini- cal significance. To help the clinic, the author elaborates this subject of different sonogTaphic appearance by the different classifications of ovarian tumors in children.
