摘 要:目的:总结护理干预对糖尿病患者自我管理能力及疗效的带教经验。方法:根据护生的特征,进行一对一的有针对性的带教,加强对糖尿病患者护理干预措施。结果:护生很快适应环境,学习方向明确,提高了护生的独立解决问题的能力以及对疾病的认识。结论:针对性带教,使护生能全面系统的进行学习与训练,提高带教质量,有效的护理干预能提高病人自我管理能力和生活质量。Objective summarize nursing intervention on diabetes self--management skills and efficacy of teaching experience. Method according to the characteristics ofnursing students , one on one teaching targeted,enhance diabetes care interventions. Results nursing students quickly adapt to the environment , learning a clear direction,improve the independence of nursing students to solve problems as well as awareness of the disease. Conclusion targeted teaching , nursing students can make a comprehensire system of learning and training, improve the quality of teaching,improve the quality of teaching , effective nursing intervention can improve patient self=-managementskills and quality of life.
