小儿食物团性肠梗阻的护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨护理小儿食物团性肠梗阻术前、术后、及心理护理，以利于患儿的康复，缩短住院时间，减少住院费用。方法：回顾性分析我科收治的食物团性肠梗阻患儿20例作为临床资料。结果：2例保守治疗成功，18例手术治疗，所有患儿在积极的观察护理及治疗下均痊愈出院。结论：通过精心生活护理，术后有效胃肠减压，吸氧，心电监护，静脉营养及综合治疗等疾病护理，使食物团性肠梗阻患儿的护理加强，可防止延误病情，使患儿得到及时有效的治疗。objective： to study the mass of ileus preoperative and postoperative nursing pediatric food, and psychological nursing, to facilitate the rehabilitation of children with, shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce hospitalization costs. Methods： a retrospective analysis of children with food group ileus admitted in our department as clinical data of 20 cases. Results： 2 cases of successful conservative treatment, 18 cases of surgical treatment, all children in positive observations were recovered hospital under the care and treatment. Conclusion： through careful nursing, postoperative effective gastrointestinal decompression, oxygen, ecg monitoring, parenteral nutrition and comprehensive treatment of diseases such as nursing, to reinforce food group ileus with care, can prevent the delay treatment, make children get timely and effective treatment.
