某中学一起伤寒暴发流行病学调查与分析

摘　　要：目的：调查某中学伤寒暴发的原因。方法：对该中学伤寒发病进行现场流行病学调查、分析。结果：自2013年5月25日起出现首例发热病例至7月3日，共搜索到病例为77例，其中疑似病例10例、临床病例48例、实验室确诊病例19例，无死亡病例，发病病例临床表现基本上相同，均有发热。结论：该中学伤寒暴发是污染水源所致。Objective To investigate the cause of an outbreak of typhoid in a middle school. Method On-site epidemiological survey of the incidence of typhoid fever in middle school and analyzed. Results from first fever cases occurred since May 25, 2013 to July 3, a total of 77 cases discovered, of which 10 cases of suspected cases, clinical cases in 48 cases, 19 cases of laboratory--confirmed cases and no deaths, clinical performance incident cases are nearly identical, with fever. Concluded the typhoid outbreak was caused by polluted water in middle school.
