提高医护人员手卫生两种处理方法的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：提高医护人员两种不同手卫生的处理效果。方法：采用棉试纸涂抹采样和细菌检测方法对门急诊40位医护人员洗手后自然晾干和用无菌抛弃式纸巾擦干效果进行对比。结果：洗手后晾干比洗手前只有一组平均细菌总数减少了79％，二、三组却增加了7％和5％；洗手后用无菌抛弃式纸巾擦干，一、二、三组平均细菌总数分别减少了96％、63％及81％。结论：用洗手液洗手后用无菌抛弃武纸巾擦干的杀菌效果，比直接晾干的杀菌效果好，指的临床广泛推广。Objective： to improve the medical staff hand hygiene of two different treatment effect. Methods： using cotton paper smear sampling and detection methods of emergency department on 40 medical staff hand washing to dry naturally and with sterile disposable towel for drying effect was compared. Results： after washing hands dry than before washing hands only a group of average total bacterial count decreased by 79%, two or three group was increased by 7% and 5% ; washing with sterile disposable paper towel, one or two, three groups of average total bacterial count decreased respectively 96%, 63 % and 81%. Conclusion t the sterilization effect to use hand sanitizer with sterile disposable towel for drying, sterilization effect than dry well, referring to cllnieal application.
