人工髋关节置换在髋关节创伤性骨关节炎治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨人工髋关节置换在髋关节创伤性骨关节炎治疗中的疗效，以供临床参考。方法将我院2010年8月至2012年7月收治的髋关节创伤性骨关节炎患者58例纳入本研究，均接受人工髋关节置换术治疗。术后随访12个月，对比手术前后患者髋关节活动度、疼痛程度、髋关节功能Har-ris评分等方面的差异性。结果与手术前对比，我们发现手术后患者髋关节活动度明显增大，VAS评分明显下降，髋关节功能Harris评分明显升高，差异经统计学分析后认为有意义（P〈0．05）。结论人工髋关节置换术用于治疗髋关节创伤性骨关节炎具有满意的疗效，可增加髋关节活动度，缓解疼痛程度，改善髋关节功能。Objective Discuss the effectiveness of T-HA in the treatment of articulation coxae posttraum-atic osteoarthritis, for clinical reference. Methods Choose 58 cases of articulation coxae posttraumatic osteoarthritis from Aug. 2010 to Jul. 2012 in our hospital included in this study, all given THA treatment. Flup 12 months later, compared articulation coxae move scope, pain degree, articulation coxae function before and after THA. Results Compared with before THA, articula- tion coxae move scope was larger, VAS score was lower, Harris score was higher after THA, the differences had statistics significance （ p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion THA has satisfactory effectiveness in the treatment of posttraumatic osteoarthritis, can raise articulation coxae move scope, relief pain degree, improve articulation coxae function.
