经尿道双极等离子膀胱癌切除术后膀胱灌注化疗的观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱癌切除术后经尿道膀胱灌注化疗的护理措施。方法对15例经尿道双极等离子膀胱癌切除术后膀胱灌注患者，一系列针对 性护理方法进行回顾性总结分析。结果15例患者全部跟踪随访，随访时间24个月，1年内无复发，2年内复发1例。结论通过健康宣教、完善插管技术 等适当的针对性护理，保持了膀胱癌切除术后经尿道膀胱灌注化疗的连续性，提高了膀胱灌注化疗的治疗效果。objective to explore the bladder cancer after transurethral resection of the bladder perfusion chemotherapy nursing measure method for 15 patients with urethral bipolar plasma bladder cancer after resection of bladder filling patients, a series of specific nursing methods were analysed results 15 patients were fol- lowed for all, follow - up time 24 to 36 months, 1 year no recurrence, 2 years recurrence in 1 conclusion through the health mission perfect intubation technology, appropriate pertinence care, and maintain the bladder cancer after transurethral resection of the bladder perfusion chemotherapy continuity and improve the bladder perfusion chemotherapy treatment effect.
