摘　　要：城市生态网络能更好地构建人与城市及其环境的互动关系,基本生态网络规划对于生态环境保护及其质量提升具有决定性的法定作用。重点分析了上海市基本生态网络规划的特点,分别从规划理念的突破、规划层面的调整、规划控制要素以及规划控制线落地方式的突破4个方面进行了阐述,以期概括总结其规划的主要特点,指导未来的同类规划编制。The urban ecological network can construct the interaction between human beings and the natural environment better. And it is decisive legal effect for ecological environmental protection and quality improvement. This paper researches on the characteristics of Shanghai’s Basic Ecological Network Planning, deeply analyzes its characteristics such as the breakthrough of planning idea, planning level, planning control elements and the way to delineate the planning control line. All of these will be helpful to summarize main characteristics of basic ecological network planning and to guide future similar planning.
