摘　　要：随着城镇化水平不断提高,城镇环境问题日益彰显,如何协调城镇社会经济发展与生态环境保护的关系正成为研究焦点。研究回顾并总结了生态屏障思想的产生及发展,通过比对研究分析了城镇生态屏障的涵义,提出了我国城镇生态屏障建设在城乡规划中的意义与实践问题,并以景观生态学、生态网络等原理为指导,借助GIS等技术手段,以宝鸡市高新区为例,在综合评价的基础上进行生态功能分区、屏障体系构建和网络化布局,探讨城镇生态屏障构建的理论和方法。In recent years, town ecological environmental problems become more and more obvious accompanying the process of urbanization. How to coordinate social and economic development with ecological protection becomes the key research questions. The theories and practices of ecological barrier thoughts are reviewed, and the meaning of ecological barrier construction in urban-rural planning is defined based on comparison research. Taking Baoji High-tech Zone as the example, the ecological barrier network is designed following the ecological network analysis by GIS in the regional level based on comprehensive evaluation and ecological function zoning. The approached of ecological barrier planning is explored.
