城市旧住区人地矛盾成因初探——以西安振兴路居住地段为例

摘　　要：针对当前我国城市旧住区中人地矛盾问题突出的问题,笔者以西安振兴路居住地段作为调查研究对象,从土地使用、人口分布等方面入手,探寻城市旧住区形成人地矛盾的原因。分析得出其原因包括历史建设欠账、后期见缝插针式的改造建设、用地权属的割裂、私搭乱建现象严重和低收入人群的聚集五个方面,为将来城市旧住区的更新改造和人地矛盾问题的解决提供依据。Based on the investigation of Xi＇an Zhenxing Road residential district, this article analyzes the causes of contradiction between people and land in old urban residential district related to various aspects, such as land use and population distribution. The specific reasons include historical debt, the high density renovation construction, the isolation for the land ownership, the illegal private construction and the low-income people gathered. Moreover, the analysis can contribute to the renewal and transformation in old urban residential district and solution of contradiction between people and land.
