摘　　要：海湾填海地区的土质一般都属于软土,所有软土都具有共性,就是颜色深、含水量高、渗透系数小、压缩系数以及沉降系数都很大等,一般情况下粘土表面有一定的荷载会产生很大的变形。作为建筑物的地基需要采用一定的方式对软土区进行处理,才能够保证建筑物的质量。The soil of bay reclamation area general y belongs to the soft soil, al the soft soil has the commonness, is the co-lor depth, high water content, smal permeability coefficient, compression coefficient and large sedimentation coefficients, general clay surface has a certain load wil be deformed greatly. As the foundation of buildings, it needs to adopt a certain way to treat soft soil area, to ensure the quality of buildings.
