摘　　要：本文主要探索了新时代智能化住宅小区的设计。从三个方向出发,首先简单介绍了智能化系统的组成,然后对施工计划与部署安排进行了分析,提出了施工过程中需要重点注意的问题,最后分析了在智能化住宅施工建设与管理中所需要采取的策略。This article mainly explores the design of the inte-l igent residential district in new era. Starting from three dire-ctions, first briefly it introduces the composition of intel igent system, and then analyzes the construction plans and deplo-yment arrangements, proposes the problems need focus on in the course of construction, final y analyzes the strategy need to take in the construction and management of intelligent reside-ntial construction.
