摘　　要：本文以东莞市五星太阳能产业园区规划方案为例，从四个方面探讨了通过建筑设计提升工业园区价值的方法：以合理建筑的功能分区以及顺畅的交流流线组织形成以人为本实现合理的建筑功能，用艺术的建筑造型提升空间的品位，用独特的景观创造宜人的空间，运用绿色节能以及可持续的设计理念展示建筑生态价值。Taking the planning of Dongguan City five star s-olar Industrial Park as an example, discusses the methods to improve industrial park value through architectural design fr-om four aspects：taking the reasonable construction functional area and smooth communication flow organization form peop-le-oriented building work reasonably, enhance space grade by art building design, create pleasant space with a unique lands-cape, use green energy and sustainable architecture design con-cept displaying ecological value.
