二胎下政策下高层小户型设计策略

摘　　要：“单独二胎”政策将改变未来部分新房的居室户型设计理念，三居室、四居室和多居室产品将增加，本文通过几个项目的设计，探讨90 m2以下户型的设计。“Second child alone”policy wil change some new houses room apartment layout design concept in the future, th-ree bedroom, four bedroom and bedroom products will incre-ase, this paper through the design of several projects, discusses the design of below 90 m2 apartment layout.
