摘　　要：本文结合笔者平时的工作经验，对我国城市规划管理体系进行了初步讨论。就如垂直管理、如何进行改革的必要性与重点性以及城市规划改革策划案的选择等方面向大家求教，并希望大家能够对这件事情进一步给予关注。This article combines with the author’s working ex-perience at ordinary times to carry on the preliminary discuss-ion to Chinese urban planning management system. The author from the aspects of vertical management, how to carry out the reform necessity and importance, and the choice of city plan-ning reform to ask for advice, and hope everyone can pay at-tention to this matter further.
