摘　　要：本文从总包单位项目部角度出发，从施工组织设计和相关的专项方案制订入手，探讨高层建筑转换层施工过程中的事前、事中及事后控制。理论与实践相结合地探讨高层建筑施工的过程。This paper from the perspective of general contrac-tor project, embarks from the construction organization design and the related special discusses the control of beforehand, du-ring and afterwards in high-rise building construction convers-ion layer process. Combined theory and practice explore the process of high-rise building construction.
