摘　　要：对于建设项目来说，造价控制贯穿于整个工程建设全过程，施工阶段的造价控制可以最大程度地减少资金成本。本文通过分析建筑工程施工阶段造价控制的特点，提出了控制施工阶段造价的有效方法，以供同行参考。For the building project, cost control throughout th-e whole construction process, cost control of construction stage can minimize the cost of capital. In this paper, by analyzing the project cost control of construction phase, it puts forward the effective methods of cost control in construction stage, for re-ference.
