摘　　要：随着建筑工程项目市场经济化的发展，使得项目的投资规模也在逐渐扩大。建筑项目的增多，使得项目造价控制成为了核心环节。对于建筑工程而言，建筑工程项目的工程造价控制是贯穿于整个过程的，并非只是局限在实施与实施之后的结算两个方面。With the development of project market economi-zation in the construction project, the project investment scale is also gradual y expanding. The increasing of construction project makes the project cost control become the core link. As for the construction projects, the construction of project con-struction cost control throughout the whole process, not just confined the two aspects of implementation and set lement after the implementation.
