交流供电线与保护地线之间异常电压的分析和处理

摘　　要：在交流用电设备的安装调试过程中,时常会发现交流电源零线和保护地之间的电压远超过了的正常的由导线电阻产生的电压差,其值一般会在供电电压的一半左右,如220VAC(有效值,下同)市电供电情况下,零线(N)、相线(L)与保护地线(PE)间的电压会出现110VAC左右的压差。主要通过实际测量和电路分析的方法,阐述了两种不同的情况下异常电压的产生原因,论证了供电系统接地异常和共模电容使用是该异常电压的主要成因,并测算了在一般情况下的这种电压差是否会对人身安全和设备正常使用造成威胁;最后给出了这种异常电压的处理建议。The abnormaI voItage wiI be often found between zero Iine of AC power cord and protection earth during the instaI a-tion and commissioning of the AC equipments,its vaIue generaI y is in about haIf of the AC suppIy power,for exampIe,it wiI be about 110VAC when the voItage of the power is 220VAC.Through the actuaI measurement and the circuit anaIysis method,this paper has mainIy expIained two different cause of the abnormaI voItage,and demonstrated a bad grounding power suppIy system and the use of common-mode capacitors is the main cause of the voItage,and estimated the abnor-maI voItage whether wiI be threat to personaI safety and proper use in generaI case.The handIing proposaIs of the abnor-maI voItage are given finaI y.
