摘　　要：目的了解天津市近年来消毒产品卫生质量状况,以便加强消毒产品市场监管力度。方法通过调查表和统计学综合分析法(TOPSIS法),描述性分析了2011-2013年天津市消毒产品卫生监管现状及变化趋势。结果2011-2013年天津市消毒产品监管检查合格率分别为67.44%、67.76%和64.72%,监管覆盖率和合格率逐年增加。消毒产品抽检监督合格率保持高水平;违规案件查处数量逐年增加。结论天津市消毒产品卫生监督管理整体水平较高,监管状况逐年优化。Objective To understand the sanitary quality of disinfection products in Tianjin in recent years, in order to strengthen the health inspection of disinfection product market. Methods Questionnaire and comprehensive statistical anal- ysis （TOPSIS method） were used to analyze the situation and change trend of disinfection products health inspection in Tianjin from 2011 to 2013 descriptively. Results During 2011 to 2013, the inspection qualified rate was 67.44%, 67.76% and 64.72% respectively, the inspection coverage rate and qualified rate increased year by year. The sampling qualified rate of disinfection product remained at a high level; the number of illegal case investigation increased year by year. In 3 years, the overall situation of disinfection products health inspection was improving year by year. Conclusion The overall level of disinfection products health inspection in Tianjin remained at a high level, and increased year by year.
