摘 要:本试验通过研究蛋氨酸对绿壳蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质以及血清总蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮和尿酸含量等指标的影响,旨在得出新杨绿壳蛋鸡(34~43周龄)蛋氨酸适宜的需要量。选取1 440羽34周龄的新杨绿壳蛋鸡随机分成6组(每组4个重复,每个重复60羽),对照组饲喂蛋氨酸水平为0.24%的玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂蛋氨酸水平为0.27%、0.30%、0.33%、0.36%和0.39%的饲粮。试验期为10周。结果表明:1)0.27%蛋氨酸水平组的产蛋率较0.24%和0.39%蛋氨酸水平组分别显著提高了3.75%和3.97%(P〈0.05);0.27%蛋氨酸水平组的料蛋比较对照组和0.30%、0.33%、0.36%和0.39%蛋氨酸水平组分别显著降低了2.99%、2.40%、2.40%、3.56%和6.88%(P〈0.05);0.33%蛋氨酸水平组的平均蛋重显著高于0.24%、0.36%和0.39%蛋氨酸水平组(P〈0.05)。2)0.30%蛋氨酸水平组的蛋白高度和哈氏单位比0.39%蛋氨酸水平组分别显著提高了19.31%和9.44%(P〈0.05)。3)0.27%蛋氨酸水平组血清尿酸含量较0.24%、0.36%和0.39%蛋氨酸水平组分别显著降低了24.36%、23.21%和22.60%(P〈0.05)。4)0.27%蛋氨酸水平组天冬氨酸、半胱氨酸和蛋氨酸的表观消化率显著高于0.39%蛋氨酸水平组(P〈0.05)。5)二次曲线分析表明,以产蛋率为评价指标,产蛋期绿壳蛋鸡蛋氨酸需要量为0.26%;以料蛋比为评价指标,产蛋期绿壳蛋鸡蛋氨酸需要量为0.28%;以蛋白高度为评价指标,产蛋期绿壳蛋鸡蛋氨酸需要量为0.29%。结果提示,饲粮中适宜水平的蛋氨酸能够提高产蛋期绿壳蛋鸡机体蛋白质利用率,提高蛋鸡生产性能和改善蛋品质。新杨绿壳蛋鸡(34~43周龄)玉米-豆粕型饲粮蛋氨酸适宜需要量为0.26%~0.29%。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of methionine (Met) on performance, egg quali- ty, and total protein ( TP), albumen ( ALB ), urea nitric ( UN ) and urea acid (UA) contents in serum of green shell laying hens, and to obtain the optimal methionine requirement of green laying hens ( 34 to 43 weeks of age). A total of 1 440 Xinyang green laying hens aged 34 weeks were randomly allocated to 6 groups with 4 replicates of 60 hens per replicate. The control group was given a basal corn-soybean meal diet containing 0.24% Met. The Met levels in diets of the experimental groups were 0.27%, 0.30%, 0.33%, 0.36% and 0.39%, respectively. The trial lasted for 10 weeks. The results showed as follows: 1 ) compared with 0.24% and 0.39% Met groups, laying rate in 0.27% Met group were significantly increased by 3.75% and 3.97% (P〈0.05), respectively. Feed to egg ratio in 0.27% Met group were significantly decreased by 2.99%, 2.40%, 2.40%, 3.56% and 6.88% (P〈0.05), compared with that in control group and 0.30%, 0.33%, 0.36% and 0.39% Met groups, respectively. Average egg weight in 0.33% Met group was drastically higher than that in 0.24%, 0.36% and 0.39% Met groups. 2) Compared with 0.39% Met group, albumen height and haugh unit in 0.30% Met group were significantly increased by 19.31% and 9.44% (P〈0.05), respectively. 3) Compared with 0.24%, 0.36% and 0.39% Met groups, serum UA content in 0.27% Met group was signif- icantly decreased by 24.36%, 23.21% and 22.60% (P〈0.05), respectively. 4) Apparent digestibility of as- partic acid, cystine and Met in 0.27% Met group was significantly higher than that in 0.39% Met group (P〈 0.05 ). 5) According to quadratic regression curve analysis based on laying rate, feed to egg ratio and albumen height, the optimal dietary requirements of Met for green shell laying hens were 0.26%, 0.28% and 0.29%, respectively.
