摘  要:本研究旨在探讨低磷饲粮中添加新型耐热植酸酶对断奶仔猪生长性能与小肠黏膜形态结构的影响。试验选用256头遗传背景相同、初始体重为(8.37±0.97)kg的30日龄断奶仔猪,按照完全随机区组的方法分为4个处理,每个处理设4个重复,每个重复16头仔猪。4个处理分别饲喂基础饲粮、低磷饲粮、低磷饲粮+500 U/kg新型耐热植酸酶及低磷饲粮+1 000 U/kg新型耐热植酸酶。试验期为30 d。结果表明:1)2个新型耐热植酸酶添加组相比较低磷饲粮组可提高仔猪平均日增重并降低料重比,但差异不显著(P>0.05);2)1 000 U/kg新型耐热植酸酶添加组空肠和回肠绒毛高度、500 U/kg新型耐热植酸酶添加组回肠绒毛高度均显著高于低磷饲粮组(P<0.05),1 000 U/kg新型耐热植酸酶添加组十二指肠隐窝深度显著低于基础饲粮组和低磷饲粮组(P<0.05),1 000 U/kg新型耐热植酸酶添加组十二指肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值显著高于低磷饲粮组(P<0.05)。由此可知,断奶仔猪饲粮中添加新型耐热植酸酶用以减少无机磷的添加,能达到与基础饲粮组仔猪生长性能相近的效果,且对小肠黏膜形态结构有促进作用;添加新型耐热型植酸酶1 000 U/kg优于添加500 U/kg的效果。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of new heat-resistant phytase (NHP) in the low phosphors diet on growth performance and small intestinal mucosa morphology structure of weaner piglets. A total of 256 piglets weaned at 30 days of age with the same genetic background and with the body weight of (8.37_+0.97) kg were randomly allotted to 4 treatments with 4 replicates of 16 piglets using a randomized com- plete-block design. They were fed a basal diet, a low phosphorus diet, the low phosphorus diet+ 500 U/kg NHP and the low phosphorus diet+l 000 U/kg NHP, respectively. The experiment lasted for 30 d. The results showed as follows: 1 ) compared with low phosphorus diet, supplementation of 500 U/kg and 1 000 U/kg NHP improved average daily gain and decreased the feed/gain (P〉0.05). 2 ) Compared with the low phos- phorus diet group, ileum villus height in 500 U/kg NHP group, jejunum and ileum villus height in 1 000 U/kg NHP group were significantly increased (P〈0.05), duodenum crypt depth in 1 000 U/kg NHP group was sig- nificantly decreased (P〈0.05), and duodenum villus height/crypt in 1 000 U/kg NHP group was significantly increased (P〈0.05). In conclusion, using NPH to reduce part of phosphors in weaner piglets' diet can reach the similar effect of basal diet on the growth performance, and can promote mucosal structure of small intestine of piglets to some degree. In addition, the supplement effect of NHP at 1 000 U/kg is better than that at 500 U/kg.
