摘　　要：随着科技的发展和社会的进步,工程造价管理信息化变成了一个刻不容缓的任务。工程造价管理信息化支撑着造价管理的发展和一系列活动内容,并主导着工程造价管理一系列活动内容的未来走向。BIM的发展应用不是仅局限在工程的设计阶段,而是参与了项目完整的全生命周期的所有阶段:比如设计阶段、预算阶段、施工阶段、成本的管理以及后期运营等。本文对建筑信息模型(BIM)在工程造价方面的种种应用进行了深入总结分析。With the development of science and technology and the progress of the society, the construction cost management informatization becomes an urgent task. In the informatization construction in the field of play a very important part of the cost management of project cost management information to support the development and the content of a series of activities,and dominates the engineering cost management on the future of a series of activities.The development and application of BIM is not only limited in the engineering design phase,but involved in all stages of complete the whole project life cycle：such as the design stage,budget stage,construction stage,the cost of operation management, and later, etc.This article will be to the building information model （BIM） in the aspect of the project cost of application for further study.
