摘　　要：本文对农村卫生适宜技术转移应用系统的外部宏观要素和内部作用机制作了详细论述.外部宏观要素主要包括政治因素、社会因素、人口因素、环境因素和卫生政策因素;内部作用机制主要包括政策机制、利益机制和保障机制.This paper discussed in detail the external macro factors and internal key function mechanisms of the transformation and application system for appropriate health technologies in rural areas.The macro components include political factors,social factors,population factors,environmental factors and health policy factors.The internal key function mechanisms include policy mechanism,benefit mechanism and guarantee mechanism.
