摘  要:专利等医学知识产权项目逐年递增,但医院科研成果管理人力资源非常有限.通过对复旦大学附属中山医院近3年知识产权项目转化情况的剖析,提出在目前我国转化医学尚处于起步的形势下,要有的放矢管理专利等知识产权项目,分层次、多渠道、借助各方力量,积极推介科研成果.无论是借力政府转化平台,还是发挥专家的学术影响力,抑或建立产学研平台等,目的均在于因地制宜集结各方力量,千方百计提升转化的成功率.The amount of medical intellectual property projects such as patents has been increasing year by year,while the human resources of management is very limited in hospitals.Through the analysis of successful patent transformations in recent 3 years of Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University,it is noted that current development of translational medicine in China is still in its infancy.We propose that the management need to have clear focuses at multi-levels,and transformation could be realized in multi-channels with various strengths.Help could be from leverage of the government transformation platform,the academic influence of experts,or other research and production platforms,as long as they can help facilitate successful transformation.
