摘　　要：目的 对云南省某三甲医院科研人员的医学信息需求状况进行认真详实的调查和分析以期对该院的科研发展有所帮助.方法 采用自编的调查表和访谈提纲对该院科研人员的医学信息需求形为进行抽样调查.结果 调查显示该院大部分析科研人员有较迫切的医学信息需求,管理部门应从政策、制度上重视科研人员的信息需求.结论 本课题在调查统计的基础上,作者有针对性地提出了相应的对策,希望通过此次调查研究为医院的科研建设提供理论依据与参考.Objective To investigateandanalyzethescientific researchers＇ medicalinformationneedsina Third level 1st class hospital in Yunnan Province.Method Sample survey was conducted using the designed questionnaire of medical information needs behavior.Result Most of the researchers need medical information emergently and the administrative departments should pay more attention to the demands both in policy and in administrative system.Conclusion Based on the investigation and analysis,the author propose several countermeasures and hopes this investigation and study will provide a reference for the scientific development of the hospital.
