摘　　要：科研文化建设对营造浓郁的科研氛围、培育合格的科研人才、取得良好的科研产出、推动医院科研工作的可持续发展,都具有积极的促进作用和重要的战略意义.北京大学人民医院经过多年探索,致力于环境文化、制度文化、精神文化的建设,形成了较为成熟的“创新＋宽容＋平等”的科研文化氛围,为研究型医院的建设和可持续发展发挥了正面的驱动作用.The construction of research culture plays an important role and is of great strategic significance in creating a strong scientific research atmosphere,cultivating qualified scientific research talents,generating good scientific research output and promoting the sustainable development of the scientific research work.Peking University People＇s Hospital,after years of exploration and efforts in the construction of environmental culture,system culture and spiritual culture,has formed a relatively mature scientific research culture atmosphere,which is characterized/featured by ＇innovation ＋ tolerance ＋ equality＇ and is a positive driving force in the construction and sustainable development of a research-oriented hospital.
