摘　　要：目的评价以社区卫生服务中心为基础的娱乐场所暗娼艾滋病和性病高危行为干预的效果,为艾滋病高危人群干预工作提供依据。方法在丰台区开展以社区卫生服务中心为基础的娱乐场所暗娼宣传干预,在干预实施前后,分别于2009年及2012年在辖区内娱乐场所开展暗娼横断面调查,内容包括人口学特征、艾滋病知识、行为学特征及艾滋病、梅毒及病毒性丙型肝炎感染情况。结果分析采用SPSS 17.0软件进行χ2检验(P<0.05差异有统计学意义)。结果 2009年和2012年分别调查了202名和200名社区娱乐场所暗娼。2009年与2012年艾滋病、梅毒、丙型肝炎的感染率差异均无统计学意义,调查对象艾滋病知识知晓率从47.5%提高到92.5%(χ2=96.62,P<0.01);最近一次商业性性行为安全套使用率从75.6%提高到92.5%(χ2=21.14,P<0.01);最近一个月商业性性行为安全套持续使用率从57.7%提高到80.5%(χ2=24.2,P<0.01)。结论以社区卫生服务机构为基础开展暗娼艾滋病和性病相关干预具有可行性和有效性,但社区卫生服务基础还有待进一步加强。Objective To evaluate the effect of high-risk HIV/STD behavioral interventions based on community health service among female sex workers（FSW）in Fengtai district of Beijing. Methods Two cross-sectional surveys were conducted among FSWs before and after community health service based intervention in Fengtai district of Beijing in 2009 and 2012,respectively,which included information as social demographics,AIDS-related knowledge,behavioral risk factors,prevalence of AIDS,syphilis and HCV.Data were analyzed byχ2 test. Results 202 and 200FSWs were surveyed in 2009 and 2012with no significant difference of infection rates of HIV,syphilis and HCV.However,the overall awareness rate,condom usage rate during the last commercial sex and in the latest month all increased from 47.5%,75.6%and 57.7%in 2009 to 92.5%,92.5%and 80.5%in 2012（χ2=96.62,21.14,24.2,P〈0.01）. Conclusions Community health service based intervention is an effective and feasible way of improving awareness and condom use among FSWs,which need to be further promoted.
