摘　　要：目的了解中国全球基金艾滋病项目地区暗娼艾滋病综合干预效果,为今后制定相关干预措施提供科学依据。方法银川市、吴忠市于2006年7月采取分层抽样的方法对两市高、中、低档的娱乐场所的815年暗娼进行了一次艾滋病相关知识及危险水平调查和血清学监测,随后两年内针对相同场所开展持续的规律的综合干预工作(外展工作包括艾滋病防治知识宣传、安全套推广、同伴教育、自愿咨询检测等),2008年7月对相同场所的802名暗娼进行相同问卷和血清学监测。结果银川市、吴忠市暗娼人群对艾滋病相关知识的知晓率由基线调查前的66.01%上升到中期评估调查的90.40%;最近一次商业性行为安全套使用率由基线调查的48.71%上升到中期评估调查的90.26%;综合接受干预服务状况较基线调查结果有所提高(P<0.01)。结论结合当地实际情况和暗娼人群需求,在暗娼人群中开展的艾滋病综合干预服务工作有效模式,可以进一步在全区范围内推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention on AIDS among female sex workers（FSWs）in areas covered by China Global AIDS Fund Program in Ningxia. Methods FSWs were selected by a stratified sampling method in places where they offered underground sex services in Yinchuan and Wuzhong cities.A questionnaire survey and serological test were conducted in 2006 for baseline information and in 2008 after 2years of regular intervention which included heath education on HIV/AIDS,promoting condom use and voluntary counseling and testing. Results The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among FSWs in both Yinchuan and Wuzhong cities increased from 66.01%to 90.40%,and the percentage of condom use rose from 48.71%to 90.36%after the intervention,which showed significant differences（P〈0.01）. Conclusions The comprehensive intervention is proved to be an effective way to help FSWs to prevent HIV infection.
