摘　　要：目的了解某省强制隔离戒毒所在司法系统疾病预防控制中心成立前后与卫生部门在所内艾滋病防治工作上的合作情况,并比较二者的优劣,为探索强制隔离戒毒所艾滋病防治服务部门新型合作模式提供建议。方法利用典型抽样方法,考虑地理位置等因素,确定东部某省的两所强制隔离戒毒所作为样本,自行设计"强制隔离戒毒所机构调查表",对其进行问卷调查。利用目的抽样,即根据研究目的,选择能够提供最大信息量或最有价值信息的个体作为深入访谈对象。采用自行拟定的访谈提纲,对知情人员进行一对一深入访谈及小组座谈,共访谈了15名管理人员。结果该省目前正在试行以司法系统疾病预防控制中心为桥梁的新型强制隔离戒毒所艾滋病防治部门合作模式。相较于传统模式,司法系统疾病预防控制中心的成立对场所内艾滋病防治工作部门合作的影响主要体现在场所安全、戒毒人员身体健康、沟通协调、工作效率等方面。结论以司法系统疾病预防控制中心为桥梁的合作模式是该省对强制隔离戒毒所艾滋病防治服务部门合作新的尝试与探索,目前尚处于起步阶段,需要在实践中不断完善。Objective The main purpose of this study is to observe and compare the cooperation patterns among HIV/AIDS prevention departments in compulsory detoxification centers before and after the opening of CDC inside judicial system,and to provide evidence for the exploration of a new cooperation model. MethodsTwo compulsory isolation detoxification centers in a province of eastern China were selected using typical sampling method.A self-designed questionnaire was used for the survey.A total of 15 administrators with great potential values were further interviewed based on the study purpose using self-designed interview outline. Results A brand new cooperation model bridged by CDC in judicial system was being operated among HIV/AIDS prevention departments of compulsory detoxification centers.The major influences of opening a CDC in judicial system on this new cooperation pattern were focused on factors as workplace safety,health condition of drug-user in detoxification center,communication and coordination and work efficiency. Conclusions The cooperation pattern bridged by CDC in judicial system is a new attempt and exploration for the cooperation among HIV/AIDS prevention departments inside compulsory detoxification centers in the province,which is still in the initial stage and needs to be further improved.
