摘　　要：目的了解HIV感染者/AIDS患者的生存质量及其影响因素,更好的预防和控制艾滋病。方法于2012年4月至2013年4月对229例HIV感染者/AIDS患者使用MOS-HIV生存质量表和社会支持度量表进行面对面调查。结果生存质量得分为68.64±11.76,其中HIV感染者71.31±10.10、已达到服药阶段的HIV感染者65.59±13.49、AIDS患者66.52±12.10,差异有统计学意义;HIV感染者、已达到服药阶段的HIV感染者和AIDS患者的得分在社会功能、疼痛、精力和情绪功能差异有统计学意义。HIV感染者/AIDS患者的社会支持度得分为46.32±12.48,其中HIV感染者46.91±12.76、已达到服药阶段的HIV感染者45.12±12.21、AIDS患者46.26±12.32。多因素分析表明生存质量跟年龄、民族、有否其他慢性疾病和社会支持度有关。结论要更加重视HIV感染者/AIDS患者在感染HIV的同时是否还有其他慢性疾病和其社会支持情况,切实提高HIV感染者/AIDS患者的生存质量。Objective To assess the quality of life of individuals with HIV/AIDS and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods A face-to-face survey was conducted among total 229 individuals with HIV/AIDS from April 2012 to April 2013 to assess the quality of life using MOS-HIV and social support scales.Data were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results The average score of quality of life was 68.64±11.76 for all subjects with the score of 71.31±10.10 for individuals with HIV infection,65.59±13.49 for those infected with HIV and needed to be treated,66.52±12.10 for AIDS patients,the differences were statistically significant.Meanwhile,the differences of scores for social function,pain and mood were also significant.The average score of social support was 46.32±12.48 for all participants with 45.12±12.21 for individuals with HIV infection,46.91±12.76 for those infected with HIV and needed to be treated,46.26±12.32 for AIDS patients.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that age,nationality,other chronic diseases and social support were closely related to the quality of life. Conclusions The quality of life for individuals with HIV/AIDS is relatively low largely due to lack of social support.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of life,it is very important to offer them with more social support.
