摘　　要：对国内十余家电视台制播网运维管理现状进行深入调研,内容涉及人员管理、运维流程、设备维护、系统监控、运维技术、网络安全等方面,并对调研结果进行分析和归纳:目前国内制播网运维管理缺乏标准化的流程,大多处于被动管理。调研为制定制播网运维管理体系模型提供了基础数据。Deeply investigates and surveys more than ten television stations, including personnel management, operation and maintenance procedures, equipment maintenance, system monitoring, operation and maintenance technology, network security and other aspects. Analyzes and summerizes the results： currently, the operation and maintenance management of production and broadcasting network is lacking of standard procedures, and most of them are passively managed. This investigation provides basic data for formulating system models of operation management of production and broadcasting network.
