摘　　要：研究并形成了适用于不同业务、不同信息化规模的五种制播网运维管理模式,分别为:以任务完成为导向的离散管理模式、以内部规范为导向的受控管理模式、以最佳实践为导向的受控管理模式、以体系优化为导向的主动管理模式和以量化运营为导向的主动管理模式,并深入分析了制播网运维管理模式的选择对运维效果产生的影响。Researches and develops five operations management patterns, which are suitable for different business patterns and informatization sizes, including the task oriented discrete management model, the internal specification oriented controlled management model, the best practice oriented controlled management model, the system optimization oriented active management model and the quantitative operation oriented active management model. Meanwhile, deeply analyzes the influence of the choice of operations management pattern on operation management effect.
