摘　　要：根据ITSS中资源的定义,制定五种制播网运维模式的运维资源模型,对以体系优化为导向的主动运维管理模式运维资源进行了详细描述,包括统一运维管理平台、服务台、备件库、知识库、技能库等内容。Based on the definition of core resources elements of the ITSS, this paper developed five operation and maintenance resource models for production and broadcasting network, and described operation and maintenance management resources of system optimization oriented active operation and maintenance management model in detail, including unified operation and maintenance management platform, service desk, spare parts storage, knowledge base, skills library and so on.
