摘　　要：目的:探讨助产士咨询门诊建立对初产妇焦虑抑郁情绪和妊娠结局的影响,旨在为优化初产妇的产前服务提供参考依据。方法:选取我院产科2012年1月至2013年1月定期产检并分娩的100例初产妇,随机分为常规护理组和护理干预组,各50例。常规护理组患者接受常规产科护理,护理干预组接受助产士门诊产前咨询。采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和自编问卷对初产妇焦虑抑郁情绪和妊娠结局资料进行收集,并分析两组初产妇焦虑抑郁情绪和妊娠结局。结果:护理干预组SAS标准分为(41.21±2.92)分,SDS标准分为(42.23±2.76)分,均显著低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与常规护理组相比,护理干预组母婴结局显著优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:助产士咨询门诊建立能够明显改善初产妇焦虑抑郁情绪和妊娠结局,值得进一步推广。Objective： To investigate influence of the midwife’ consultation clinic in primipara on anxiety,depression and pregnancy outcomes in order to provide reference basis for optimizing the mothers’ antenatal service.Methods： One hundred primipara who accepted regular production inspection and then deliveried from January2012 to January 2013 in the obstetrical department of our hospital were selected as the research object,then they were randomly selected before and after the consultation clinic. Primipara in the routine nursing group accepted the conventional antenatal clinic,primipara in the nursing intervention group accepted the midwife’ clinic consultation.The anxiety depression and pregnancy outcome data were collected by the anxiety self-assessment scale,depression self-assessment scale and self-made questionnaire. The anxiety,depression and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Results： The scores of anxiety and depression in the nursing intervention group were（41.21 ±2.92）and（42.23 ±2.76）,respectively,which were lower than those of the routine nursing group（all P 〈 0. 05）. The pregnancy outcomes in the nursing intervention group were better than that of the routine nursing group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Influence of the midwife’ consultation clinic in primipara on anxiety,depression and pregnancy outcomes is positive,which is worthy of further promotion.
