65例老年糖尿病合并低血糖症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨和分析老年糖尿病患者合并低血糖症的发病原因和临床治疗效果。方法选取该院自2012年10月—2013年9月所收治的老年糖尿病合并低血糖症患者共65例,在分析病因的基础上给予对症的治疗。结果全部患者经过紧急治疗以后,在8 h内的血糖水平恢复到正常标准,患者的病情得到明显的好转,低血糖症状和体征随即消失。全部患者也没有1例误诊或者死亡发生,治疗的有效率为100%。结论对于老年糖尿病合并低血糖患者,只要加强预防,在发现病情后给予科学及时的治疗,就一定能够明显缓解患者的低血糖状态,在临床应引起足够的重视。Objective To explore and analyze the pathogenic factors of elderly patients with diabetes complicated by hypoglycemia and the clinical treatment effect. Methods 65 elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia admitted in our hospital from October 2012 tO Septerhber 2013 were selected and treated symptomatically on the basis of analyzing the pathogeny. Results After the emergency treatment, the blood glucose ievels of all the patients returned to normal standard within 8 hours, the condition of them improved significantly, the hypoglycemic symptoms and signs disappeared. There was no misdiagnosed or death case among the patients, the treatment efficiency was 100%. Conclusion For elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia, strengthening prevention and timely scientific treatment after the discovery of the disease can relieve the hypoglycemia of the patients significantly, which should be paid enough attention in clinical practice.
