摘  要:对TRIP钢板进行了一系列高周疲劳试验,对800MPa强度级别的TRIP钢的疲劳极限、疲劳寿命系数进行了研究,并与同强度级别的DP钢板进行了对比。分析了TRIP钢疲劳断口的显微组织以及TRIP效应对TRIP钢疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:TRIP效应对钢的疲劳抗力有所贡献,在循环基数为107次下,TRIP钢的疲劳极限值明显高于DP钢,拥有更高的抗疲劳性能,TRIP钢疲劳裂纹源与疲劳区有明显韧性断裂特征。The high cycle fatigue performance of TRIP automobile steel is investigated. First, a series of high cycle fatigue experiments of TRIP steel were conducted. Then, the fatigue limit and fatigue life factor at 800 MPa tensile strength level were studied, and compared with that of DP steel plate at the same strength level. Finally, the microstructure of the fatigue fracture and influence of TRIP effect on the fatigue property of TRIP steel were analyzed. Results show that the TRIP effect improves the fatigue resistance of the steel to some extent. Under the 107 times cycle base condition, the fatigue limit of TRIP steel is obviously higher than that of DP steel, and its fatigue resistance performance is better. The crack source and fatigue area of TRIP steel show obvious ductile fracture characteristics.
