摘　　要：本文着重分析了经皮肾镜手术患者术中低体温及护理现状，及复合保温等护理干预的优点。认为避免经皮肾镜手术患者术中低体温的发生，给予正确的护理干预是解决经皮肾镜手术后寒战发生率的重要途径。Low body temperature of the patients undergoing percutaneous nephroscope surgery during operation , nursing status quo and the advantages of compound heat preservation and other nursing intervention were analyzed in this paper .Voiding the occurrence of low body temperature and giving the patents proper nursnging intervention can reduce the the occurrence of shiver after percutaneous nephroscope surgery.
