摘　　要：目的：应用循证护理探讨鼻咽癌患者放疗后鼻咽冲洗的治疗效果。方法对160例鼻咽癌患者进行放疗后鼻咽冲洗的循证护理。结合实际提出问题，收集相关的数据，制定解决方案，采取相关措施。结果160例患者在循证护理干预下，鼻塞症状减轻，口腔黏膜反应也得到良好的控制，极大地减轻了患者痛苦，提高了患者的生活质量。所有患者均能顺利完成放疗，达到处方规定的照射剂量。结论应用循证护理的方法找出鼻咽癌患者放疗后鼻咽冲洗存在的相关问题，采取科学合理的治疗方案，不但简单、实用、经济，有效地提高放疗敏感性，同时，切实提高鼻咽癌患者放疗后的生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of evidence -based nursing on the nasopharynx flushing of patients with nasopharyn-geal carcinoma after radiotherapy .Methods A total of 160 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated with nasopharynx flushing after radiotherapy and were offered evidence -based nursing .To collect the related data , develop solutions and take relevant measures .Re-sults Under evidence-based nursing intervention for 160 patients nasal congestion was alleviated , oral mucosa reaction was greatly con-trolled, the pain of patients was reduced , the life quality was improved .All patients successfully completed radiotherapy .Conclusions The application of evidence -based nursing and scientific and rational treatment programs can effectively improve the radiosensitivity , at the same time, improve the life quality of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy .
