摘　　要：无障碍设计是对残疾人、老年人等弱势群体的关爱,是一种"以人为本"的设计理念,这些人群应是最多享受户外休闲的人群,但在寒冷城市,由于特殊的气候等原因,目前对户外休闲空间的无障碍设计考虑的还不够全面,因此,文章以寒冷城市特殊气候、地域文化等因素为切入点,分析国内外现状,并对寒冷城市户外休闲空间无障碍设计进行分析和研究,提出设计策略。Barrier-free design for the disabled, elderly and other vulnerable groups is a ＂people-oriented＂ design concept. These groups of people should be the ones enjoying outdoor leisure mostly. But in cities of cold weather, the barrierfree design in outdoor leisure space is incomplete due to the special climate and reasons alike. Therefore, taking the special climate, geographical and cultural factors as the breaking points, this paper will analyze current situation of barrier-free design at home and abroad, and analyze and study the barrier free design in outdoor space in cold cities and present relevant strategies.
