摘　　要：围绕医疗大数据时代的个性化医疗服务需要,研究大数据驱动的个性化医疗服务引擎的基本框架,提出了以群体数据过滤与推理引擎和基于本体的临床指南知识库为两大基础,研发整个平台的个性化诊疗核心服务引擎:根据数据集成引擎的实时个人诊疗数据,实现实时动态的个性化诊断及治疗方案生成与执行,将显著提高医疗服务的针对性,从而提高医疗服务的质量和效果,降低医疗服务成本,保障医疗服务安全。Around the personalized medical service demand in the era of medical big data, the basic framework of personalized medical service engine driven by the big data is studied. Filtering and reasoning the engine with group data and the ontology-based clinical guideline knowledge base shall be considered as the two basis to develop the personalized diagnosis and treatment core service engine of the whole platform. According to the real-time personal diagnosis and treatment data of the data integration engine, generation and execution of the real-time dynamic personalized diagnosis and treatment proposal is realized, which will significantly make the medical service more specific, so as to improve the quality and effect of medical services, reduce the cost of medical service, and ensure the safety of medical services.
